About the Construction Process

The singles and doubles that comprise Opportunity Homes are modular homes supplied by Nola Homebuilder. The homes are manufactured by Horton Homes in Eatonton Georgia and shipped to the site. The lot is cleared and the foundation is poured in preparation for delivery. A licensed installer places the home on its foundation, joins the two sides together, and raises the roof. The front porch is site-built, the unit is trimmed-out, and the landscaping is installed.
